The UP Foundation is a not-for-profit purpose-driven consulting firm that transforms business strategy into social impact to create lasting educational impact. We offer professional consulting services to organizations across sectors — but unlike traditional firms, we don’t exist to generate wealth for shareholders. Our profits are not distributed; they are reinvested directly into programs that support students in need — from scholarships and mentorship to access to resources and upward mobility and career development. We believe that consulting shouldn’t just serve the boardroom — it should open doors for the classroom, too. Whether we’re helping a client streamline operations, craft a growth strategy, or launch a new initiative, the ripple effect of that work reaches far beyond the business world — it reaches students climbing toward a better future.
